This Privacy Policy describes how Convertreach Pro ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you interact with the No-Code Systems Course program (the "Program"), including our website at everbuilt.convertreachpro.com (the "Site").
1. Information we collect
- Application data: full name, age, work email, company, role, country/time zone, phone (optional), how did you find out about me, current no-code tools in use, primary purpose of the system you want to build, specific outcome you aim to achieve in 90 days, methods tried so far and where you're stuck, decision-maker status, decision timeline, budget range, weekly time available for learning and implementation, existing assets: data, processes, team support, impact if not completed in 3 months, three indicators you'll use to judge the course as valuable, willing to pay a deposit to reserve a seat if accepted, willing to provide a case study or testimonial after achieving results, and anything else we should know about your context (optional).
- Order data: billing name, email, address, VAT (optional), and payment metadata processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, device, browser, and approximate location, collected via cookies and analytics.
- Communications: emails you send us and replies to our program emails.
2. How we use your information
- To review your application and decide on cohort fit.
- To schedule and conduct the selection interview.
- To deliver the Program, including access credentials, modules, and office hours.
- To process payments, send receipts, and handle refunds.
- To send transactional emails (application received, interview scheduled, purchase confirmation, course release).
- To send marketing emails only if you have explicitly opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve the Site and Program through aggregated analytics.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to deliver the Program you have applied for or purchased.
- Legitimate interests: to operate, secure, and improve the Site and Program.
- Consent: for marketing emails and non-essential cookies.
- Legal obligation: for tax, accounting, and anti-fraud requirements.
4. Cookies
We use a cookie banner that lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Essential cookies (session, security, payment) are always on. Analytics and marketing cookies load only after you opt in.

- Payment processors (Stripe) to charge your card.
- Email and scheduling providers to deliver transactional emails and book interviews.

- Application data: up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete sooner.
- Order and tax records: 7 years (legal requirement).
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted payment processing via Stripe, access controls, and reasonable safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please contact us immediately if you suspect a breach.
10. Children's privacy
The Program is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated by email where appropriate.
