Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the No-Code Systems Course program (the "Program") offered by Convertreach Pro ("we", "us", "our"). By applying, enrolling, or using the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Enrollment links are reserved for applicants who have completed the application and selection interview.

2. The Program

The Program is a 90-day practitioner-led course delivered via FlexiMembership on Flexifunnel. It includes outcome-aligned curriculum, cohort support, office hours, templates, and implementation sprints. Specific module content is finalized around accepted applicants' use cases.

3. Pricing and payment

• Early-bird presale: USD 1,000 (one-time).
• Future full price: USD 2,000.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Sales tax / VAT may apply based on your billing address.
• You agree to provide accurate billing information.

4. Refund policy

• Pre-release delay refund: If the course start is delayed by more than 60 days from your purchase date, you may request a full refund prior to the first module release.
• 14-day satisfaction guarantee: From the first module release, if you attend onboarding and complete Module 1 assignments within 14 days and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund.
• Refund requests must be sent to hello@convertreachpro.com with your order ID.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Access and accounts

You will receive login credentials when the course starts. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Sharing access with non-enrolled parties is not permitted.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or publicly share Program materials.
• Use the Program to build systems that violate any law or third-party right.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source materials from the Program.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate other participants or staff.

7. Intellectual property

All Program content, templates, frameworks, and recordings are owned by Convertreach Pro or its licensors. You retain ownership of the systems and data you build using the Program. We may use anonymized, aggregated learnings from cohort outcomes to improve the Program.

8. Testimonials and case studies

If you opt in to provide a case study or testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your name, role, and outcomes in Program marketing. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Program is educational. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, context, and the nature of your use case.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Program is limited to the amount you paid us for the Program in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that disrupts the cohort. You may stop using the Program at any time, subject to the refund policy above.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
